Quality Control Inspectors

The Quality Control Inspector oversees up to five Quality Control Onsite staff and their daily responsibilities. Responsible for the final determination that manufacturers specs and city codes were met at job sites. Serves as a liaison between the construction crews, Quality Control Onsite staff, and customers. The Quality Control Inspector assures the quality of the project, as well as manages the expectation of each customer.

Candidate must be an excellent communicator posing superior interpersonal skills. Customer contact is an important part of this job. Must be comfortable interacting with customers, providing updates on the progress of the project, managing their expectations and comprehensively explaining things to those not in the industry.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the industry. Candidates should be prepared to work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions. Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs, hold a valid driver license, and be comfortable with heights. A Quality Control Inspector often works under very tight deadlines and must be flexible enough to handle the many surprises that come up on a construction site. Must have a flexible schedule which includes being available to work longer hours/weekends during build season when needed.
