A Permit Runner must be able to work independently and follow directions. Daily responsibilities include constant driving, walking back and forth to homeowners doors, and occasionally going to various city halls. Must be able to follow directions and ability to prioritize tasks.
Must hold a valid driver license. Must have a flexible schedule which includes being available to work longer hours/weekends during build season when needed. This position is seasonal.
