This position offers the opportunity to work alongside our Sales Manager in an Administrative role. Assisting with daily operations and organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar management for Sales Manager.
- Email support and priority management for Sales Manager
- Conducting phone interviews
- Business travel management.
- Scribing in meetings and providing follow up email summarizing important details and takeaways.
- Produce KPI reports from our various systems.
- Sales Dashboard maintenance
- Google Drive file management
- Utilize CRM system.
- Communication assistance including writing correspondences and calling homeowners.
- Assist with inventory for promotional attire.
- Assisting the Sales Manager on day to day as needed
Skills – Required/Preferred:
- Gmail and Google Drive Experience Necessary
