Quality Control Onsite Roofing

The Quality Control Onsite position oversees multiple building projects simultaneously. Responsible for supervising the crews at each construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed to manufacturers and city codes, performing site visits on a regular basis, ensuring that timelines are on schedule and that all safety regulations are being followed. Serves as a liaison between the construction crews and customers. The Quality Control Onsite assures the quality of the project, as well as manages the expectation of each customer, ensuring that both the construction staff and the customer are happy with the progress of the project.

Candidate must be an excellent communicator posing superior interpersonal skills. Customer contact is
an important part of this job. Must be comfortable interacting with customers, providing updates on the progress of the project, managing their expectations and comprehensively explaining things to those not in the industry. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the industry.
Candidates should be prepared to work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions. Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs, hold a valid driver license, and be comfortable with heights. A Quality Control Onsite often works under very tight deadlines and must be flexible enough to handle the many surprises that come up on a construction site. Must have a flexible schedule which includes being available to work longer hours/weekends during build season when needed.
