Restoration Sales Consultant and Restoration Consultant Manager: We’re seeking to add a personable, experienced Outside Sales Representative. Located in Oakdale, MN but serving all of the Twin City Metro Area and beyond, Built Strong is staffed with quality roofing experts who walk with clients through the process, educating and answering their questions. We want to build a relationship of trust between our customers and our company.

Field Service Technician: A Field Service Technician oversees multiple building projects simultaneously. Responsible for supervising the crews at each construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and that standards of quality are met, performing site visits regularly, ensuring that timetables are on schedule and that all safety regulations are being followed. Serves as a liaison between the construction crews and clients.
The Field Service Technician assures the quality of the project, as well as manages the expectation of each client, ensuring that both the construction staff and the client are happy with the progress of the project.
Repair Technician: A Repair Technician must have the knowledge and hands-on experience installing all forms of exterior construction on residential homes and commercial buildings including and not limited to asphalt shingles, metal roofing systems, vinyl, lp, Hardie, and steel siding. Metal bending skills are preferred. Responsible for determining the location of water infiltration, improper ventilation, and general maintenance with the ability to fix based on findings.
A Repair Technician must possess the skill set to complete repairs/small jobs promptly. The Repair Technician assures the quality of the project, as well as manages the expectation of each client that the issue has been resolved.
Production Assistant: The candidate must be an excellent communicator posing superior interpersonal skills. Client contact is an important part of this job. Must be comfortable interacting with customers, providing updates on the progress of the projects, managing their expectations, and comprehensively explaining things to those who are not in the industry.
